The Role

We're looking for a Buying & Merchandising Assistant to support our Product and Commercial teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our global accounts.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where attention to detail and a passion for design are key. You'll work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders to keep product information, pricing, and stock data accurate and up to date — ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly from concept to customer.

Key Responsibilities

Buying & Product Support

  • Support the Head of Product and Buying team with product range planning, supplier liaison, and order tracking.
  • Manage product data, pricing, and imagery across systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate sample requests, product specifications, and approvals with Design and Sales teams.

Merchandising & Reporting

  • Monitor stock levels and forecast product demand to support sales planning.
  • Analyse sales data and trends to identify commercial opportunities and inform buying decisions.
  • Maintain clear communication with Operations to ensure smooth replenishment and product availability.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on product presentations and client proposals.
  • Support product launches with accurate data and asset preparation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects across the supply chain.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a buying, merchandising, or supply-chain support role.
  • Strong Excel and data management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills; able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proactive and collaborative approach, with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Genuine interest in design, hospitality, or premium products is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and reliability across departments.
  • Improved efficiency and visibility of stock and product information.
  • Positive feedback from internal teams and suppliers on collaboration and responsiveness.
