Our client is a well-established market leader in the manufacture and supply of components and assemblies. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy customer services and sales team on a permanent basis

Main duties of the role:

- Liaising with customers both within the UK and Internationally.
- Sales order processing and administration.
- Create warehouse orders and progressing, customer dispatches including export documentation.
- General office duties including filing, data entry and maintaining customer records

Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities
- Experience and a proven track record within a busy customer service/administration role.
- Effective and accurate administrator, methodical with excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of export processes and paperwork.
- Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Warehousing understanding and awareness.
- A team player able to work with others to achieve results and exceed customer expectations.
- Strong time management, planning and organization skills. Acceptance of responsibility, self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English. Clear verbal and written communication skills, able to liaise and build rapport both internally and externally.
- Excellent I.T skills to include Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word and Powerpoint. Knowledge of SAP advantageous but not essential.

Working - Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm - Friday 4pm

Salary £26,000 + dependent upon experience
