A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as **Group Recruitment Specialist** at our Nursling site in Southampton.

**The Role**:
To support the Group Recruitment Manager with the ongoing development of the recruitment function across the Greenhous group.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working with the Group Recruitment Manager to support the development of the ongoing recruitment strategy across the group.
- Creating attractive job adverts and working closely with our marketing team to ensure we are advertising on relevant platforms.
- Advertise jobs on company websites, career pages, job boards to maximise exposure of vacancies.
- Actively building and developing talent pipelines through marketing and social media platforms
- Arranging interviews for Hiring Managers across the group
- Working closely with Hiring Managers across the group to ensure we are attracting and retaining the right people in our business

**Experience/Knowledge required**
- Recruitment experience essential, either in-house or agency experience, ideally within the Motor Industry
- Experience in fast paced, multi-site volume recruitment
- Determination to fill challenging roles
- Be able to manage multiple stakeholders, across multiple regions effectively and able to constructively challenge where required
- Clear communicator both verbally and in writing
- Able to adapt to ever changing situations quickly
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £28,000.00 per year
