In this role you will work closely with 2-3 consultants, supporting them and our customers with varied administration tasks covering risk topics (renewals, invoices, quotes, policies, claims, queries). You will need to be able to multi-task like the best of them, prioritise your work on a daily basis and ensure that communication is maintained with providers, clients, and internal stake-holders at all times.Understand and work within Corporate Benefits Compliance procedures at all timesUphold Corporate Benefits ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ ethics in all dealings with clientsEnsure Benifex data protection policy is always adhered toMaintain a thorough knowledge of Benifex systems and processesMaintain the security of the premises and the data held within it and to ensure that any data processed is completed in secure environment in accordance with the Information Security Policy and associated documentsInvoicing and Accounts:Request deposit premiums, reconcile accountsChase premiums within agreed deadlinesLiaise with provider and client to identify and manage underwriting requirementsClaims:Death claims processing (Group Life) or Disability Claims (Income Protection, Critical IllnessMarket Reviews:Request quotationsChase insurers for termsDraft broking reports for the ConsultantsOther:Ensure all scheme documentation in place for new business and renewalsEnsure that Corporate Benefits Trackers are kept up to dateRequest/check/issue policy documentsEnsure scheme specifications are kept up to dateAssist customers and providers on any queriesWhat are we looking for?
