Group Risk Client Services Specialist Everywhen – Southampton, United Kingdom Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (no weekends or evenings). You will also be rewarded with all the great benefits of working with Towergate Employee Benefits. Responsibilities Provide great customer service and support to our Employee Benefit Consultants, clients and insurers over the phone and by e‑mail. Be the first point of contact for all client and insurer queries and proactively support with policy renewals and new business. Support with administration of scheme such as invoicing, accounts, claims, underwriting, rehabilitation support services and communication material. Enjoy working in a team, supporting each other and driving to achieve all team goals and objectives. Qualifications Customer Service and/or Administration experience within either Group Risk, Employee Benefits or Group Life is essential. Strong admin skills and proficient with Microsoft Office packages. Willing to learn and have a natural curiosity. Be positive, collaborative and resilient. No two days here are the same.
