As Executive Assistant, you will be working to support the Studio Leadership across all operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing calendars and scheduling
- Handling day to day interactions with external suppliers (e.g. legal, accountancy)
- Making travel arrangements
- Handling general HR requests
- Conducting research on support services
- General technical problem solving across the studio
- Professional experience as an EA, PA or a similar role
- Organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with communication software (e.g. Discord, Teams, Slack)
- Strong command of the English language (written and spoken)

As a company we are committed to providing our team members with a great work environment and the tools necessary to help everyone succeed. As you will be directly involved with team members across the studio you will have a unique insight into the issues that are affecting other team members and you will be encouraged to provide structured feedback about all aspects of team workflows.

**Compensation**

As a remote international company, our compensation is determined by considering competitive market rates, experience, and cost of living.

**About CaptureAge**

CaptureAge is a company that grew out of the Age of Empires community and is now partnered with Microsoft / XBox Game Studios to provide game development services in AAA titles like Age of Empires II and Age of Empires IV. We are looking for people to join us who share our passion for one or both of these titles.

**Hours / Time Management**

We have a flexible approach to time-management and we believe in giving team members the opportunity to control their own schedules. We'd like to see a world in which work can fit around your life, not the other way around In practice this generally means a few pre-agreed sync points a week, with the rest of your working time entirely up to you.

**Time Zone**

**Async Biased**
As a company spanning many time zones we naturally tend towards async working arrangements and design our processes and working environment with this in mind.

**Consensus Driven**
We try to foster a genuinely collaborative and consensus driven approach to work rather than top-down direction and micro-management.
