**Here's what you'll be doing**:
**Supportive Role**: Provide on-site support with non-licensable duties, helping with queries and problems, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.**

**Flexibility**: Be flexible in relation to hours and place of work, fully following instructions from management and clients, and pro-actively assisting with administrative tasks to meet set deadlines.**

**Administrative Excellence**: Complete accurate, detailed reports, forms, spreadsheets, handovers, and other necessary documentation, ensuring all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and professionally.**

**Professionalism**: Maintain an excellent level of personal grooming and hygiene, and uphold a helpful, courteous approach to assist team members, customers, and the general public, ensuring a highly professional image.**

**Innovation**: Illustrate innovation when required, completing tasks set by your management team or by the position holder, contributing to continuous improvement and excellence in service.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Non-Licensable Duties**: Provide on-site support with various non-licensable security tasks.**:

- ** Problem Solving**: Help with queries and problems, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.**:

- ** Administrative Support**: Pro-actively assist with administrative tasks, completing accurate and detailed reports/forms/spreadsheets/handovers, and meeting set deadlines.**:

- ** Professionalism**: Maintain excellent personal grooming and hygiene, and a courteous approach, upholding a highly professional image.**:

- ** Flexibility**: Be flexible with hours and place of work, following instructions from management and clients diligently.**

**Essential Skills**:

- ** All applicants must hold a clear 5-year checkable history alongside valid right to work in the UK**:

- ** Live within a reasonable commuting distance from site**:
