Specialized Security are looking for administration staff to join our seasonal on-site festival & events admin team. Our head office is based in Livingston, but you will have the opportunity to travel and work at events across the UK between May and September 2025.
Specialized Security are a leading provider of security, stewarding and crowd management services playing a key part in events such as Isle of Wight Festival, Glastonbury, Wireless and Reading Festival. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team, make friends, earn money and start a career in major events this summer.
Our event admin team are essential to provide support and manage personnel, accreditation, equipment and logistics, and the welfare of staff on site. No experience is necessary, with on-the-job training provided. However, a commitment and passion for working at festivals is advantageous and an ability to adapt to fast-paced and challenging situations is desired. This role is perfect for students, with opportunities for development and training.
**Key Skills**
- Aged 18+

- Experienced with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Forms & Reporting

- Ability to work as part of a team, and individually.
- Ability to work long hours, as event shifts are usually 12 hours+
- Ability to stay and work away from home for up to 3 weeks at a time.

**Opportunities**
Specialized Security are also recruiting for several event roles, including SIA Licenced Security and Event Safety Stewards if this role isn’t quite right for you, but you’d still like the opportunity to join the team.
All staff stay in a dedicated camping compound on-site, with access to our own toilets, showers and catering facilities. We provide travel to and from pick-up points in Central Scotland, event-day uniforms and meals when on shift.

Event Admin Team £14.00p/h
