Pharmacy Apprentice

Join our busy community pharmacy and train to become a qualified Pharmacy assistant through our excellent apprenticeship programme.
You will provide essential day-to-day support to the pharmacy team while learning about medicines and the processes involved in providing medication to the public.
Initial responsibilities:
- Putting away and rotating stock
- Serving customers in the shop
- Handling requests for medication orders
- Keeping the retail shelves tidy and full stocked
- Answering the phone
Over time you will also be trained in the following areas:
- Advising and selling medicines in the shop
- Processing and assembling prescriptions

Our previous Pharmacy apprentices have gone onto work with us as qualified pharmacy dispensers in a range of roles.
