Graphic Designer

Lycamobile is looking for a talented designer to help deliver in-store campaigns for the Lyca brand in both the UK and its international territories. The hire comes at an exciting time for the company as it looks to shift its position within the market anddevelop new propositions and global campaigns.

You will work with the Head of Brand & Comms and senior members of the design team to support the global marketing activities and the roll-out of campaigns across our 23 territories. You will need to work with in-country managers to deliver activity thatis consistent across the global while also leveraging local differences and opportunities. You will also be responsible delivering activity on time and to expectations.

Key Tasks:

- Help with the creation and delivery of impactful campaigns and brand execution strategies that will attract a broad range of customers to our brand
- Manage the end to end process of campaign creation, from concept to execution across different countries and channels
- Deliver high quality outputs that will resonate with our customers - both new and future
- Work with the marketing, sales and country managers to bring to life meaningful campaigns that deliver bottom line results.

Experience required:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop) and MS office - This position is only for MAC operators.
- Experience in print design, with experience of packaging and in-store materials a plus. Experience in online design also beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail, and a keen eye for errors or cultural missteps
- Excellent project management skills, with experience of juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about brand vision and values
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English. Additional languages beneficial.
