Main Duties
- Collaborate with & lead the UX team at Worktual, to conceive, describe and craft useful, usable and delightful websites, apps, digital products and services.
- Shape design solutions and rapidly visualise a proposition, through sketching and prototyping.
- Constantly develop the craft of UX & UI, pushing the creativity & innovation in our work.
- Produce a range of artefacts from sketches, wireframes, prototypes, through to site maps, user flows and interface design.
- Have a strong focus on quality and timely delivery.
- Present your ideas to a varied audience from senior execs to marketing to technical specialists and developers.
- Lead & manage a remote team of UX designers, as well as work cross-culturally.
- This role is heavily internal customer-facing.

Skills and experience
- Ideally 5-7 years in similar roles with exceptional/leading B2B tech companies.
- Team leadership of remote UX design teams up to 8 people internationally.
- Have a mix of User Experience and User Interface design skills - including interaction and Information Architecture design, psychology and user-centred design principles.
- Possess a passion for all things design, with the ability to demonstrate this passion through your work and when communicating with business stakeholders and customers.
- Work within an Agile multi-disciplinary team to design and deliver user-interface designs and journeys across our website, app and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with a wide range of people from across the business to understand and interpret requirements, identify opportunities, and communicate design strategy and rationale.
- An avid learner, someone who can show commitment & interest in self-development (e.g. D&AD awards and/or qualifications).
- Demonstrable understanding of web analytics, metrics and tools, obsessively measuring design performance of websites and app using data.
- An interest in tech and/or, telecommunications sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.
- 2:1+ degree/qualification in Graphic Design, UX/UI or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to work cross-culturally with international teams for some of whom English is a second language.
- Positive, creative, flexible and driven.

**_The role of Senior UX Designer:_**

This is a newly created position within the organisation, designed to lead all company visual communication, create best-in-class B2B content, and assist business growth in the UK & Europe. The Senior UX designer will report to the Marketing Director andwork closely with the wider business e.g. front-end & back-end development, & delivery teams offshore.

The Senior UX designer will be responsible for developing all visual communication, as well as working with other teams to help to execute the marketing plan. The business has invested in the tech stack and have a fantastic wider team who will function asa great support network.
