Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives, managing digital campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution across various platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute compelling English marketing copy for diverse channels.
  • Design visually appealing graphics, posters, and banners using tools like Canva or similar platforms.
  • Manage and optimize English-language social media platforms, including creating and scheduling content for images, videos, Story, and Reel formats.
  • Track and document business processes, marketing metrics, and campaign data to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Personality Traits: Patient, detail-oriented, diligent, and proactive with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Essential Skills:
  • Fluency in English with excellent writing and copywriting abilities.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or equivalents) for creating posters and banners.
  • In-depth understanding of English social media platforms, features, and usage scenarios (e.g., image/video content, Story, Reel).
  • Experience in recording and analysing business links and marketing data.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience in UI/UX design or web design.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp.
  • Proficiency in using blog platforms such as WordPress and page builders like Elementor.
