**Consensus is looking for a new Service Manager for our Supported Living Service in Camberley supporting people with Learning Disabilities.**

**Position: Supported Living Service Manager**

**Salary: £35,510 - £37,500 per annum + £2000 Welcome Bonus**

**Location: Camberley, GU15 2EG**

**Service: Upper Park Road, Consensus Support Services Ltd**

**About the Service**:

- Upper Park Road is a purpose-built supported living service in central Camberley, Surrey. It provides a homely safe environment to support 9 individuals. The property is made up of self-contained flats with gardens
- Through their person centred, bespoke support plan, every individual is supported to have opportunities, choice, and success in their life and to live their life in the way they choose.

**This role would suit**:

- An experienced leader with a track record of managing either care or support services for vulnerable people. We would be particularly interested in people that have previously held a registered manager position although this isn’t a requirement of thisrole.
- We would still like to hear from you even if you have not worked directly with people with learning disabilities but have experience working with other vulnerable client groups.
- You will have an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Support and training towards Level 4 and 5 is available

**Key Responsibilities**:
As the Manager your key responsibility is to lead and support the staff team, bringing consistent clear leadership and direction enabling the staff team to achieve the best possible outcomes for the people that they support.
Effective management of financial performance, ensuring financial resources are appropriately managed & controlled.
Promote quality assurance to ensure that the service operates to the highest standards driven by a person-centred ethos for the people we support to maximise their independence to enable them to achieve their full potential.
