**The Role**:
In the Operations Manager role you'll report to the Owner and will be primarily responsible for safe and efficient running of 2 care homes and 1 nursing home based around the Northamptonshire area. You will also be responsible for identifying potential newservices too.
Specific tasks include:

- Supporting managers
- Taking responsibility for all health and safety
- Ensuring the homes are compliant with CQC
- Identifying potential options for new homes
- Working closely with owners and Registered Managers to ensure the safe running of the care and nursing homes
This role will be covering 2 homes in Northamptonshire and 1 home in Milton Keynes, so a driver would be required.
To be the right person for Operations Manager role you will need direct experience of managing a care home.
We also need you to have prior experience of:

- Managing budgets and finances
- Working closely with Care Managers
- Setting up new services
It's important that you also have the following:

- A NVQ level 5 in care
- A certificate showing double vaccination
- A clean DBS
You'll also need to be the following:

- Bright and intelligent
- Commercially savvy
- A proactive doer
- Someone with good attention to detail around regulations

**The Package**:
The basic salary for the Operations Manager role is between £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
You'll also receive other benefits which include the following:
