**Responsibilities**:
- Purchase Ledge - all processes including data entry, reconciliations and payments lists.
- Bank Reconciliations - including PayPal, Amex, Merchant Services etc.
- Importing sales from dedicated EPOS system, plus management of a small sales ledger.
- Expenses
- Managing a mailbox
- VAT
- Quarterly management accounts
- Compile Budget/Forecast reports etc.
- Communicate financial information to Directors
The role will consist of at least 30hours per week and some flexible/home working may be considered.
Remuneration comensurate with qualifications/experience - starting from a minimum of £12 per hour.
**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
