**Finance Assistant**

**Hybrid - Andover/WFH (up to 3 days a week)**

**Full time/Part time (min 30h per week)**

Finance Assistant, the role:

- Inputting purchase ledger invoices into NetSuite
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Managing bank payments
- Raising and paying invoices
- Handling credit control
- Supporting telesales as needed
- Chasing purchase orders
- Processing expenses
- Supporting with managing the Finance Inbox

Finance Assistant, the person:

- Previous experience of working as a Finance Assistant or similar
- Experience of working in an FMCG or business environment
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Working towards a professional qualification would be desirable (AAT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Confident in Microsoft Office
- Willing to learn and pick up new processes
- High attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Ability to confidently communicate at all levels, both written and verbal

Finance Assistant, the benefits:
