Finance Assistant

Location: Andover

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

**Salary**: Up to £29,095 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join a growing Finance Department operating in a fast paced, FCA regulated industry

What does our successful Finance Assistant look like?

To be considered for this position you will need to have excellent telephone manner as this job will involve a good amount of client contact. You will also need to have great attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable and able to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience of working in an FCA related environment would be an advantage

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately allocating client payments via Aurum matching software and Xero.
- Be a point of contact from clients who have financial queries.
- Outbound calls to clients who are behind with their trust plans.
- Helping department to reconcile all bank accounts using Microsoft excel.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Finance department processes
