**Client Engagement Executive**
We have an exciting opportunity** **to join our growing team**.** Whilst experience can be a bonus, we are also looking for those of you who have a hunger for learning and wish to grow with us as a business in our Birmingham. You will join us on a **full-time, 3 month fixed term contract**, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus a range of benefits.

As a **Client Engagement Executive **you would be generating leads as a result of marketing activity across the business. You will be handling customer calls both inbound and outbound.

**Key Responsibilities as our Client Engagement Executive will include**:

- Managing large amounts of calls as a result of marketing activity both inbound and outbound
- Following communication scripts in accordance with FCA compliance
- Identifying customer needs
- Maintain professional relationships with all lead taking advisers ensuring a fair distribution
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer conversations recording them against the internal CRM
- Meet targets in terms of quality of conversations
- Attending training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and performance
- Any other reasonable request made by the Client Engagement Manager or other members of the Senior Management Team

**What we are looking for in our ideal Client Engagement Executive**:

- Excellent communications skills, especially listening
- Excellent IT skills including Outlook and MS Teams
