The Kingswood Group HR Recruitment team are working with an international SME within the professional services industry to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join them initially for 6 months on an FTC. The position is based in Surrey and is to start ASAP.
Our client is looking for a true HR Generalist, with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and ideally with a good understanding of multi-client environment due to the nature of their consulting business.You must be able to manage several projectssimultaneously and you should also be confident in creating written HR communications.
Other key requirements include:
- Proven, recent experience operating as an HR Advisor in a professional organisation.
- CIPD Level 5 or above desirable or equivalent HR experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
- Experience in a multi-client environment and/or understanding of different HR approaches and entitlements
- Experience working in a fast-paced, responsive and professional environment
- Clear and articulate communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
- Awareness of multi-location cultural differences would also be beneficial
This is an excellent opportunity to join a small and supportive HR team that delivers a range of services from one-off consultancy projects to a fully outsourced HR service, depending on the size and growth plans of the clients.You will support the HRManager with internal and external HR matters and will have responsibility for your own clients. Team work is extremely important to successfully working here.
