**Main Scope of the Role**
- Handling incoming calls
- Greet and welcome all office visitors
- Making refreshments for visitors
- Keeping Meeting Rooms in a high standard
- Booking deliveries and post office runs
- Assisting the wider team with research and other administrative tasks
- Other duties for projects and day-to-day requirements of the team
