Office Supervisor

We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative individual with excellent leadership and organisational skills to proactively supervise the Operations team and build a positive rapport to assist and develop their skills whilst achieving overall objectives.
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, allocate and oversee the workload of direct reports and colleagues and make sure everything is running smoothly.
This role enables the business to be functioning efficiently and ensuring the workplace is a safe and suitable setting, working closely with senior management to meet company objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage resources and prioritise workload to ensure all weekly objectives are met
- Ensure correct procedures are being followed and ensure individual/team performance are managed effectively to deliver results
- Providing timely and accurate Management Information and analysis on departmental performance as and when requested
- Hosting meetings and briefings to provide information regarding the Operations and Sales department
- Support and develop a high-performance culture by developing a highly effective team to meet and exceed set KPI’s
- Motivate the office team to maintain high morale, low absenteeism, and low turnover
- Coordinate relevant training with team members to boost skills and knowledge
- Develop and provide accurate management information reports on a regular basis and within deadlines
- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing, and interpreting data and metrics

- excellent communication and people skills with a strong attention to detail
- experience and ability to produce and analyse various reports
- Computer Literacy - Microsoft Excel Experience is essential; some systems / business software - ideally

**Other aspects of the role**
This role will be primarily based at our Littlehampton office with occasional travel, therefore a full driving licence, and ability to travel is essential.
You are expected to work as the site lead with the minimum of supervision and may be expected to deal with other duties appropriate to your skill set and abilities.
