**Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyse and process insurance claims accurately
- Maintain detailed records of all claims and related correspondence
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and other relevant parties regarding claims
- Conduct investigations to validate the authenticity of claims
- Produce reports on claims data for management review
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- To manage the MIS strategy and associated processes, ensuring company strategic and improvement objectives are implemented and embedded.
- To lead on the production of regular ILR files and external HE (Higher Education) Data Returns, managing errors to ensure data returns and funding reports are accurate, complete, and compliant, and ensuring return deadlines are met.
- To lead on the main enrolment activity, working closely with the MIS Team, Exams nominees to ensure effective plans are in place across all sites. Leading on the training and awareness of enrolment eligibility for learners and keeping curriculum colleagues up to date with latest information.
- knowledge of ESFA/DFE funding assurance practices, including data compliance and controls
- Knowledge of writing reports using SQL server tools
- Knowledge of OFS funding assurance practices, including data compliance and controls
- Follow departmental processes, ensuring compliance with awarding body and funding agency requirements for the processing of all funded and commercial learner registrations and claims.
- Deliver robust IAG to learners in accordance with company policies and frameworks.
- Provide pastoral support and referral pathways to learners who communicate support requirements.
- Highlight learners with SEND requirements to ensure an individualised programme is developed.
- Input starts and completions on relevant management information and awarding body systems.
- Ensure accuracy when completing administration tasks for claims processes.
- Communicate with awarding bodies, where appropriate.
- Communicate with commercial customers and companies.
- Complete learner pre-enrolment, enrolment and onboarding to a high standard of accuracy.
- Assess learner eligibility to a high degree of accuracy. Support month end claims processes and administration.
- Provide reports on learner systems and performance ensuring data is accurate and reliable.
- Ensure effective use of the organisation’s learner management system and demonstrate technical capability.
- Support with compliance intervention mechanisms, where required.
- Ensure team and personal targets are met.
- Establish and maintain records, reports, examination papers or other documents
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an organisational or clerical role is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £230,000.00-£260,000.00 per year
