We are looking for a **Stock Assistant** to join our launch team. As a key member of our team and a true ambassador of the Aroma-Zone brand, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient stock operations — supporting our in-store customer experience, team performance, and product availability. You’ll be responsible for the receipt, organisation, and replenishment of our stock, with a strong focus on precision, safety, and service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive and check all deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality
- Organise stock and ensure all products are safely stored and easy to access
- Replenish the shop floor (including shelves and tills) in line with store needs, with mínimal disruption to customers
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and well-ordered stockroom environment at all times
- Support with stocktakes and regular inventory checks
- Log all deliveries and stock movements accurately using our internal systems
- Raise alerts for out-of-stock or low-stock items
- Help manage recycling and waste responsibly, including sorting packaging and reducing environmental impact
- Follow all procedures and health & safety guidelines to protect customers, colleagues, products, and the store
- Assist with occasional cashier duties, if required
- Deliver a friendly and helpful welcome to customers, and confidently direct them to the right team member
- Contribute ideas for improving stockroom processes and store efficiency
- Help train and support new team members, where needed
- Keep your workspace clean, organised, and safe
- Wear the required uniform and safety accessories (e.g., safety shoes, gloves)
- Respect scheduled shift times and communicate any changes in advance
- Uphold Aroma-Zone’s values of care, responsibility, and teamwork

**What we’re looking for**
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling goods and using stockroom equipment safely.
- Able to read delivery notes and product lists with accuracy.
- Confident using stock systems and Excel.
- Basic understanding of product categories, ideally in natural beauty and wellness.
- Contributes to store performance through accurate inventory, stock availability, and teamwork.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support customers and colleagues.
