**The Role**
- Develop strong working relationships with hiring managers, including visiting offices, to carry out resourcing and recruitment reviews and provide support and advice.
- Provide resourcing advice to support Hiring Managers in line with regulation and legislation promoting positive working relationships at all times.
- Ensure alignment with PIB Group Recruitment policy and operational framework.
- Actively promoting Barbon at local job fairs, universities, and colleges
- Running Open days and assessment centres to identify talent
- Work across all Barbon sites
- Previous Resourcing experience within a fast paced, results driven environment.
- Experience of delivering an ‘end to end’ resourcing service.
- Substantial experience of ATS systems, online, jobs boards and Linked In and a variety of social media platforms.
- Previous experience managing high volume activity.
- Previous experience running and facilitating interview assessment days.
- Substantial knowledge of a wide range of recruitment and resourcing best practices: processes, procedures and legal compliance.
- Knowledge of direct hire models, ATS’s and working with agencies on PSL terms.
- Knowledge of D&I protocols
- Competent and confident user of multiple IT systems.
- Excellent influencing and relationship building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Ability to track and demonstrate cost savings, against targets.
- An excellent eye for detail to complete and maintain recruitment paperwork including job adverts, processes, offer forms and references
- Customer service driven attitude and mindset, and a proactive approach.
- Passionate about recruitment and managing relationships
- Be great at building relationships and have excellent organisation and administration skills.
- Resilient with an ability to manage ambiguity and multi stakeholder environment
