**Role Overview: Customer Service Case Handler**

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and respond to customer reviews, assisting in maintaining a positive company image.
- Support the customer service team and assist the Customer Service Manager with daily operations.
- Handle customer complaints with a proactive, detail-oriented approach, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently process orders, update customer records, and perform other administrative duties as necessary.
- Handling customer queries, questions, and complaints to provide a professional and streamlined end-to-end service
- Placing orders and documenting in a timely and accurate manner
- Addressing aftersales issues and communicating with all relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Managing your day effectively and using initiative to prioritize your workload
- Working with the customer service team to help reach company KPIs

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of customer service experience, including direct handling of customer complaints.
- A proactive approach, with excellent attention to detail and a take-ownership attitude.
- Punctual, organised, flexible, resilient, and versatile in managing diverse customer interactions.
- Computer literate with strong communication skills.

**Salary**:

- £25,000 - £27,000 per annum PRP

- Includes weekends; shifts are from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays.
