**Position**: Client Support Administrator
**Suitable for**: Office Administrator, Office Manager, Recruitment Administrator or similar
**Location**: Bramham nr Wetherby, West Yorkshire (some working from home). Please note - this is a difficult location to get to on public transport so you will need to be able to drive / have your own car
**Hours**: Full time or part time (4 days considered)
**Salary**: C£25k (negotiable depending on experience)
Our client is a software development consultancy and works with a range of both UK and European clients. They are looking to appoint a Cient Support Administrator to support them with a range of clients, specifically around recruitment and the administration thereof.
**Skills / attributes required**:
- Minimum 1 -2 years experience in an Administrator, Office Manager or similar type role
- Must be extremely computer literate and competent user of Word, Excel, Outlook and bespoke software and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to multitask
- Must be highly organised
- Must have attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication (good spelling and grammar)
- Self starter
- Anyone with a recruitment background would be of particular interest but not essential
**The following is a brief outline of what you could expect to be doing on a daily basis**:
- Dealing with new incoming client requirements
- Briefing suppliers
- Co-ordinating CV’s to be checked.
- Putting CV’s into company format
- Inputting data and carrying out processes using our timesheet management system
- Chasing timesheets
- Preparing invoices
**Going forward, should you wish, there could be a possibility of the role evolving and you becoming involved in the following, more specialised, areas**:
- Account management client tasks
- Arranging interviews
- Conduct 1st line interview
- Manage client Hiring Managers
- Dealing with contractor queries and providing support.
- Sales support administration
- Social media content and advertising
