RK Accountancy are recruiting on behalf of an Award Winning Property Company based in the heart of Wetherby who are looking to bring in two Customer Service Administrators to come work within their exciting and rapidly growing team.

**Job Overview**

You will be Responsible for undertaking administrative duties supporting the sales teams in processing their deal contracts ensuring vendors are provided with the information and support they require to successfully sell their property.

You will be required to chase vendors to make sure they have received the client care pack and assist with all queries to ensure successful completion and return of the pack to their nominated solicitor.

**Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator**
- Check Client Care Pack have been issued to vendors
- Assist vendors fill out their client care documentation
- Arrange property surveys ensuring reports are returned in a speedy manner
- Distribute returned valuations to the relevant parities
- Chase valuations
- Spreadsheets
- Update the team managers on the progress of each file
- Upload information onto the inhouse software
- Optimise the internal versus external courier methods.
- Assist with ID verification
- Chase the return of Client Care documentation to solicitors
- Provide customer support to vendors
- Assist with sales team administration
- Update clients regarding the sale process
- Manage the relationship with 3rd party companies
- Arrange for contracts and other important documents to be signed, returned, and handled with care
- Other Adhoc duties

- Previous Experience in a Customer Service Role
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
