**Customer Service Representative**

**Location**: Manchester, M34 3QA
**Salary**:£23,000 - £25,000, DOE
**Contract**: Full Time, Permanent
**Hours**: Monday to Friday 8.30 to 17.00 (40 hours per week)

Unitrunk Ltd is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of steel cable management systems with distribution centres throughout the UK. We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Rep to join our Manchester team.

**Customer Service Representative - The Role**:
Working as part of a busy customer service team, you will be required to provide excellent customer service to all customers, including;
- Receiving & placing customer orders
- Handling customer complaints coordination & resolution
- Processing returns in line with company policy
- Logging, investigating and resolving debit notes raised by customers
- Liaising with customers to ensure excellent customer service
- Liaise with appropriate internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Updating schedules
- Progress chasing
- Highlight any concerns regarding customer care to the Operations Manager
- Previous customer service experience
- Purchase order processing and purchasing invoicing experience
- Stock Control knowledge
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Positive manner with ability to build customer intimacy
- Knowledge of ERP systems
