We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunities for a consultant in Diabetes/Endocrinology to join our existing team of five consultants.

Applicants must be members of the Royal College of Physicians or have equivalent experience and training and must be fully registered with a license to practice with the General Medical Council with specialist registration in Diabetes and Endocrinology and General Internal Medicine or within 6 months of CCT for these specialties.

You will join our existing teams of Consultant Diabetologists and Endocrinologists and other Consultant Physicians at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. The appointment is for a total of 10 programmed activities with an approximate split of 8.5 direct clinical care programmed activities (CPA) of Diabetes and Endocrinology and General Medicine and 1.5 PA’s for supporting professional activity (SPA).

The post holder is managerially accountable to the Clinical Lead for Diabetes and Endocrinology, Clinical Director and General Manager, Emergency, Critical Care and Medicine Foundation Clinical Business Unit and clinically accountable to the Medical Director.
