We are looking for a** Global Retention Executive **to join our REN Ecommerce team
- **Location of role**:2 days a week office based (London, SE1 0LH) & 3 days home working
- **Reports to**:Global Retention Manager

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Communicate customer engagement and loyalty best practice in the region, optimising against KPIs and supporting the learning with quantitative and qualitative reporting.
- Working with internal teams to shape the promotions and working with the team to produce creative briefs for the in-house Design team.
- Help to build all aspects of the company's CRM strategy
- Utilise data within the customer database to gain insights that can be applied to drive the business and analysing spend data to seek out new opportunities to target loyal customers with relevant, inspiring content.
- Help drive both retention & acquisition and to improve customer data capture, optimising ATV/AOV & Customer Lifetime Value and a Recency-Frequency-Value model
- Co-ordinate, plan and deliver execution support to our licensees with their digital customer engagement through the local channels available.
- Collaborate with the development team on creating triggers and selecting audiences
- Manage performance reporting for CRM
- Producing weekly reports for internal Senior Leadership Team Weekly Trade Meetings, and monthly reports for Board meetings

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in CRM
- Experience on Klayvio, Yotpo and Loyalty Lion or any similar platform
- Ambitious, motivated and extremely passionate about online Ecommerce
- Faultless attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced experience segmenting data to develop highly targeted campaigns
- Proven experience developing subscription models
- Wide understanding of digital marketing
- Competitor / industry knowledge desirable
