**Document Controller / Assistant Administrator**

As an integral part of the operations team, you will be responsible for carrying out administrator and controller duties on various projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the requirements for web-based for drawing and document control via our Information Management System
- Ensure accurate control of documentation from design, preconstruction/ construction through to completion and archiving
- Manage business archiving such that all documentation is stored efficiently and can be accessed and referenced at all times
- Liaise with project or bid teams to ensure they have the latest details on site.
- Drawing management including distribution, registering, and hanging
- Managing updates and collation of BREEAM info
- Collation of Operations & Maintenance Manual and Health and Safety File info
- Regular updating of site / project progress photos
- Production of contractor submittals and proposal documents
- Arranging neighbour notices
- Assistance with the Considerate Constructors Scheme
- Assistance with monthly reports and trackers
- Stationary ordering
- Supporting meetings
- Printer management
- Daily booking in / out administration via Msite
- Existing working experience of Information Management Systems
- Ideally with construction experience although other sectors would be considered
- A good understanding of IT
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Determination to see tasks through to completion, with excellent planning and organisation skills
