This company is an Ofcom registered expanding telecoms company, aiming to always be at the forefront of the industry. They have agreements with all the major UK networks and carriers across a full range of products and services. With this company they have worked hard to build their portfolio to ensure they are able to cater to their clients’ telecoms requirements.

**The Position**

**Job Title**:
Apprentice Unified Communications Provisioning and Support

**Apprenticeship Course**:
Level 3 Information Communication Technician

**Apprenticeship Duration**:
18 Months

**Location**:
Salford M7

**Working Hours**:
9.30 to 6 Monday to Friday

**Salary**:
£12,000 pa

**Role and Responsibilities**

As a member of their Unified Communications Provisioning & Support Team, you will be responsible for dealing with fault diagnosis and support for their wide range of products and services including:
Hosted Telephony (VoIP)

Connectivity (broadband)

Unified Communications

Phone Lines

Fault diagnosis and efficient management to resolution

Establish customer requirements and assess their needs through to implementation

Escalating queries and concerns where necessary

Liaising with suppliers

Provisioning products and services

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

A desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas

High attention to detail

Effective organisational and communication skills

Good telephone manner

Hold all work-related information and materials confidential
