We love data here at Renewi and you can expect a bunch of it in this role in the areas of financial performance, operational performance, ESG performance, strategy, market positioning, competitive landscape, legislative environment, and any other aspect ofthe Renewi's performance and positioning. In this role you are responsible for turning this data into compelling stories towards external audiences including investors, analysts and media.
You’ll work closely with our advisers (PR, brokers, lawyers), sell side (equity analysts & sales teams), and buy side (investors) ensuring that they all understand our current performance and the expected future performance of Renewi.
We have a diverse communications team varying from graduates with fresh insights to mid-career enthusiasts to seasoned professionals with up to 20+ year of experience. A fantastic mix of energy and knowledge. You will join our team of over 20 communicationsspecialists who all share the drive and passion to develop and grow our business through clear and exciting communication.
With growth comes opportunity and this role certainly isn’t exempt from this. Our communications director has a history for developing teams and providing the foundations for you to progress and grow.
**Your key responsibilities**:

- Delivering trading statements, the annual report, the sustainability review and communication materials supporting the investor roadshows, investor conferences and capital markets events
- Produce excellent content and materials for financial stakeholder communications across all channels including the RNS, socials, website, video and print materials
- Work closely with the Head of Investor Relations and Executive Committee to enable the key messages of the group to be captured and communicated effectively externally.
- Creation of a suite of additional investor engagement materials
- Support investor related content for social media, and specialist IR media working closely with internal experts in Benelux and with PR firm in the UK.Build relationships with the media

- Communications expert with experience in financial communications.
- Excellent storytelling and writing skills
- Strong ability to identify, interpret, design and build key investment ideas in the form of presentations and other marketing material
- Passionate about contributing to the circular economy and how this plays a part in helping improve lives across the globe, excited about raising our profile across our target audiences
- Understanding of financial institutions, their internal structures and decision-making processes
- Proven relationship building skills and an understanding of investor needs.
- Strong stakeholder and interpersonal skills, able to liaise with external contacts at all levels
- Conscientious with strong attention to detail, well organised and analytical with an ability to follow through on projects
