**The Role**:
As a Sales/Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of helping businesses improve their communication infrastructure. You'll manage your own pipeline, build long-term client relationships, and identify new opportunities across voice, data, mobile and IT support services.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Prospecting and developing new SME clients
- Managing and growing existing accounts
- Selling our range of business connectivity solutions
- Booking meetings and delivering remote or face-to-face consultations
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
- Working to achievable KPIs and targets with uncapped earning potential
**What We’re Looking For**:
Confident communicator with a natural sales instinct
B2B sales or account management experience preferred (but not essential - full training provided)
A proactive, consultative approach to selling
Familiarity with telecoms, broadband, VoIP, or IT services is a bonus
Ambitious and target-driven attitude
**What We Offer**:
£22,646 basic salary + commission (realistic OTE £27k+)
Early finish Fridays - hello weekend
