**Your Role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Activities Coordinator to join us at our Oxford International Language Campus for the summer of 2025. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a diverse range of activities that create a vibrant, engaging atmosphere for international students outside of class.
Your efforts will help foster a dynamic and enjoyable environment where students can connect and experience cultural enrichment. Reporting to the Activities Manager, you will be expected to uphold the highest standards of quality and professionalism, setting an example for the EF Oxford staff and ensuring an exceptional experience for all students.
This is a full time, 6 days a week, fixed term role running throughout July and August, with permanent job opportunities post summer.
**Responsibilities**
- Work alongside the Activities Manager and Activities Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of all activities and events
- Promoting activities and excursions daily
- Providing excellent customer service at the Activities Desk every day, problem solving and answering student questions with a happy demeanour
- Monitor and provide feedback to Activity Leaders and assist them during activities where necessary
- Ensuring the EF areas are set up for each activity and all supplies are ready
- Running and facilitating activities where help is needed
- Ensuring that all posters and advertisements for activities are consistently updated
- Monitoring and maintaining the Lounge/Club equipment and stock levels
- Assisting in welfare and discipline where necessary
- Dealing with problems and emergency situations should they arise
**Requirements**:
- Enthusiastic, organised and a natural leader
- A keen interest in events and activities
- Capable of using your own initiative
- Have the right to live and work in the country of employment
- Complete fluency in English
- Attend training prior to your contract commencing
- Right to work in the UK at commencement of employment
