Here at Office Angels we are looking for an Customer Account Manager to join our team in Newbridge on a full time initially temporary basis however this is likely to become permanent. You will be responsible for playing a key role in ensuring our new andexisting client relationships are well maintained and developed for optimal growth. As our client is based in Romania we are ideally looking for someone who is fluent in Romanian or ideally has a strong verbal understanding of the Romanian language.

As a Customer Account Manager, you will be accountable for providing first-class customer service and ongoing support to our main accounts including one of our brand new clients. You will be working alongside your team to continue to provide and delivera cost-effective and customer-focused operation in line with our best practice and will be managing the accounts expectations whilst overseeing any queries that arise and making sure these are dealt with in a timely manner. Reporting directly into the GeneralManager, you'll be showcasing all company values and making sure their new accounts receive first-rate service.

Key duties of this role will include:
Managing key customer account

Downloading customer enquiries from online portal

Processing customer quotes and sales orders

Build customer relations

Grow customer account

Key competencies:
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Fluent in both English and Romanian

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

Excellent time management and ability to prioritise a demanding workload

Highly motivated, conscientious team player with strong attention to detail
