Finesse Windows Ltd is a premier window & door manufacturing company based in Kings Norton, who have been established for over 41 years and have recently been named the winner of the ‘Which? Trusted Trader of the year’ award from over 8,500 eligible companies in the entire UK. We manufacture uPVC windows, doors and other domestic related products such as conservatories, roofs, bifold and patio doors etc. We are an ambitious, customer-focused company and our goal is to serve the residents of the West Midlands with our superior quality product and service throughout.

Positively minded enthusiastic person who seeks constant challenge. Someone, who loves working with and meeting new people. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about understanding what a client is looking for then provide the solution.

We need a hard-working designer to be able to use our systems and provide accurate quotations for the homeowner. Most importantly be able to provide potential customers with the information they need in an appropriate, professional, and positive manner. At Finesse we do not ‘hard sell’ there is no need as we believe our products and service speak for themselves. We are a family business and treat our customers as part of the Finesse Family this runs through every part of the business.

**What do we expect you to do**:

- To focus on new business generation utilising the leads provided and at the same time manage existing projects in your portfolio.
- To contribute with ideas and techniques to translate leads into sales successfully
- To use your initiative to contact domestic and commercial property sectors with the aim of selling and marketing Finesse products and services
- To manage a portfolio of contracts, track and update the data according to customers’ expectations, be available to answer all questions promptly and accurately
- To develop a good knowledge of the product range offered within the business, and use our Showroom to maximum benefit
- To ensure all activities are logged and managed on the Finesse database. The database should be kept to a high degree of accuracy regarding all aspects of the contract.
- To work within the company management system, processes, and procedures, to be fully compliant with all standards, legislation, and specifications
- To ensure all activities enhance customer satisfaction and meet their requirements
- To contribute in showroom presence and product presentation during customer visits
- Proactively seek for new business opportunities

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: £1.00-£70,000.00 per year
