Secure Horizon is a profit-for-purpose organisation and is seeking a Door & Window Fitter to join our team in Birmingham, on a permanent basis. This is a full-time mobile-based role. On offer is a competitive salary of £30,000, along with a benefits package.

You will join our team to assist the delivery of target hardening solutions, and fitting services on a wide and diverse range of contracts. We deliver these for councils and Police Forces nationwide and are a rapidly expanding company with opportunities for training and development.

Composite Door & Window Fitter – Join Our Team

Salary: £30,000 per year Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We're looking for a skilled Door & Window Fitter who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a supportive, growing company. If you have the experience and the right attitude, we'll give you everything you need to succeed – including a company van and tools

Your Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (weekends off)
  • Overtime available if you want extra hours

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience fitting composite doors and windows (required)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (required)
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to high-quality work
  • Able to work independently and as part of a friendly team

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • A current Fire Door Training Certification – we're especially keen to hear from you

Where You'll Work:

  • On the road, visiting customer sites
