Our customers count on us for exceptional food and service, and as our response to Covid-19 proved, our 6,000-strong workforce is dedicated and proud to play their part in feeding thenation** **The role**: - Deliver key BAU initiative & Projects - Implement & manage any change and drive operational efficiency and productivity - Identifying and improving operational processes to improve efficiencies, reduce cost and increase customer satisfaction - Delivering NDC, RDC & Satellite operating solutions and the support of the implementation. - High levels of flexibility required in line with the business needs (Days, Afternoons, Nights, Weekends) - This position requires a high level of working away from home **You**: You’ll live and breathe Customer First, with an innovative and agile approach to identify new ideas and methods. Naturally, you will embrace an inclusive working environment and be committed to acting with integrity and honesty in everything you do. **Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities** - Support the change programme by gathering information in relation to the project, analysing and producing ideas and solutions to improve the overall warehouse/distribution offering - Attendance at fit-gap sessions, cutover planning sessions and project planning sessions Work closely with the sites to ensure training is completed & is effectively scoped & seamlessly rolled out - Development, management & implementation of activity plans, operational solution, DILO's, data analysis, cutover plans, warehouse layouts, process maps, training plans etc. that are required for the successful integration of the programme - Carry out test plans/scripts and end-to-end user acceptance testing. - Work with Operational Delivery teams to ensure layout and flows match operational solution - Implement improvement projects, training/ workshops to drive cultural change - Implementation of warehouse layout, in line with supply chain ops impact files - Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics, troubleshoot operational issues, warehouse flow, capacity, project plans, and create process documentation - Updating Voice core tables in line with any business requirements - Carrying out advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping
