We're currently hiring a Supply Chain Operations Manager for a high growth sustainable consumer brand, based in London, with hybrid working.

This company is a high growth start-up, producing sustainable and affordable products which they sell across multiple channels.

This is a newly created role, reporting into the Operations directly, with a broad range of responsibilities, including process improvement, 3PL ownership & Inventory Management.

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods through the supply chain — from suppliers and warehouses to customers.
  • Oversee 3PL performance, ensuring SLAs are met across distribution, returns, and reverse logistics.
  • Foster strong supplier relationships to maintain quality standards, reliable lead times, and open communication.

Logistics Excellence

  • Coordinate international shipping and fulfilment operations, balancing cost, speed, and sustainability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve logistics challenges — from delayed deliveries to damaged goods — with urgency and precision.
  • Develop contingency plans to maintain smooth operations during disruptions.

Inventory Intelligence

  • Maintain accurate, real-time visibility of inventory across all platforms, including Shopify.
  • Enhance systems to forecast demand, manage replenishment, and streamline product flow.
  • Create and maintain operational dashboards to track key metrics such as order accuracy, fulfilment speed, and cost efficiency.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement innovative, data-led solutions to improve scalability and performance.
  • Design and embed new operational processes that align with sustainability and growth goals.
  • Generate insightful reports and analyses to inform business strategy and decision-making.

Collaboration & Customer Focus

  • Embed a customer-first mindset across all operational touchpoints, ensuring a seamless journey from purchase to delivery.
  • Partner cross-functionally with eCommerce, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to align operations with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Share operational insights with leadership to support strategic planning and business development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management — ideally in fashion, retail, or eCommerce.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory management tools, and 3PL logistics.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience building dashboards and leveraging data to drive improvement.
  • Excellent communicator — confident engaging stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Customer-centric approach with a track record of improving service levels and operational efficiency.
