The role of a CSA is fast-paced and varied, so if you’re looking for a job that will keep you on your toes, keep reading
You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will strive to deliver a great customer service experience for everyone you speak to. You will need to take ownership of each situation, ask the relevant questions and come to a resolution that leavesthe customer feeling that they have been heard and dealt with in the best way possible.
**What we are looking for**:
Previous experience isn’t necessary, all we ask is you have a proactive attitude and always look for a positive solution to things. Everything else, we can teach throughout our great training program that starts the moment you walk through the doors
**What’s in it for you (the important stuff)**:
- Salary starts at £21,350 progressing to £23,000 (tenure/performance-related), plus a 10% allowance on top of salary with rotating shifts, including some weekends and bank holidays (with time off in lieu)
- 24 days holiday - increasing to 28

- Flexible working after training - allowing you to work from home for over half of your shifts
- This is a shift based role; 36 hours per week between the hours of 6am to 10pm Monday to Friday, working 1 in 3 Full Weekends with days off in lieu in the week
There’s also an excellent contributory pension, 24 days of holiday per year (increasing to 28 with the length of service), and a wider benefits scheme.
