I have mentioned the Job Description below for your consideration and would love to discuss this in detail with you. **Role**: “Customer Service” in Reading - UK” **Employment **:Permanent **Location : R**eading - UK - Appropriate professional skills and abilities (including level of ability): - Basic Microsoft office skills - Basic Telecom knowledge - Good Verbal and Written Communication skills - Ready to work in contact centre environment - Strong focus on delivering results in a team environment, working together to deliver the teams objectives. - Ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, reacting positively to change and adapting new processes quickly. **Responsibilities**: - Understand customer queries related to Telecom connection in provision and assurance - Document the customer queries in CRM - Connect with different stakeholders to deliver information and solution to the customer - Case managing orders end to end till resolution - Handling voice contacts from customers providing support for Provision and Assurance related issues **Voice/ Non-Voice** - Voice 100% - Non Voice - 0% **Shift**: - 9 AM to 6PM - 5 day working, WO based on business requirements **Qualification** - High School Grad /Graduate **Good to have Hiring Skills** - Telecom Assurance/ Support Experience **Trainable Skills**: - Product Knowledge - Process Knowledge - Contact Manageme **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - Reading, Berkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - A-Level or equivalent (preferred) **Experience**: - customer service: 1 year (preferred)
