Working closely with our Managing Co-ordinator, you will create an environment where recovery is encouraged, and individuals feel valued and supported every step of the way. This role offers the chance to lead, manage, and inspire a team of staff while working collaboratively with individuals and partner organisations to deliver tailored and effective recovery programmes. Your skills in planning, supervising, and developing resources will ensure the service remains impactful and responsive.
