**Sales Engineer / Presales - SaaS Software**

This start-up SaaS success story is on a mission to provide anyone with he ability to create apps without having coding knowledge or experience.

Their app building platform has global clients and over 200,000 users of their technology in over 25 countries. They work with organisations across varied sectors, including Professional Services, FMCG, Hospitality, Banking etc.

Due to their exceptional global success they are currently looking to expand their team with this key hire of Sales Engineer / Presales / Solution Consultant.

This is a critical and strategically important role in ensuring customers understand the possibilities of this ground-breaking technology.

Please note, this is not a sales role but will assist the commercial aspects of the business in demonstrating the platform to potential customers, helping organisations scope and build pilot projects, The Sales Engineer / Presales is responsible for drivingthe technology evaluation stage of the sales process. For clarity, this role sits alongside the sales team and you will not be expected to present to clients without a member of the sales team with you. Your role when presenting the product is the technicaldemonstration, not selling the product.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **
- Deliver in-depth product demonstrations**:

- **
- Work with Account Managers to understand what information new clients require in order to purchase**:

- **
- Project management of active deal processes; liaising with potential clients to ensure pilot projects run smoothly and help them utilize Flipjet successfully**:

- **
- Help facilitate a high-standard of customer onboarding and handover to client success team**:

- **
- Work with customers to design and build their pilot app. Ensure it is tailored to the customers requirements and strategy**:

- **
- Act as main point of contact for technical questions during the sales process**

**Requirements**:

- **
- 1-4 years experience working in a Pre-sales, Account Management, SDR, Customer Success type role, ideally for a technology or SaaS company**:

- **
- Tech-Savvy with the ability to learn new technologies quickly**:

- **
- Customer focused and commercially aware**
