This is a pivotal role focused on embedding key reporting changes, providing technical andmercial guidance, and ensuringpliance with evolving accounting standards in aplex reporting environment.You’ll be instrumental in driving continuous improvement across reporting processes, maintaining robust controls, and supporting statutory and regulatory deliverables.Your new role K ey ResponsibilitiesLead technical reviews of statutory and regulatory reporting (Annual Reports, Solvency II, Lloyd’s, NAIC, etc.)Ensurepliance with UK GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS, Lloyd’s, and Solvency IIProduce technical accounting papers and evaluate the financial reporting impacts of significant transactionsAct as the primary finance contact for projects and change initiativesPrepare and review Board and Auditmittee papersSupport financial statement disclosures andplex journal entriesProvide quarterly training and respond to regulator queriesAssist with taxpliance and finance controls documentationWhat you'll need to succeed ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS, Lloyd’s, and Solvency IIProficiency in Microsoft Excel and handlingplex data setsExcellentmunication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset with strong reconciliation abilitiesProven ability to meet deadlines and solve problems independentlyKnowledge of regulatory standards andpliance frameworksWhat you'll get in return This is a unique opportunity to be part of a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing team within apany that values curiosity, collaboration, and radical simplicity.
