REClifts is now looking for a highly experienced Bid Coordinator to assist the sales team with the preparation of high-quality bids.

**Responsibilities of a Bid Coordinator**:

- Developing a bid plan and timeline for proposal preparation and submission.
- Coordinating and facilitating meetings with relevant internal teams to gather information and insights for the bid.
- Organising Business Development events and initiatives.
- Attending client meetings and tender interviews/presentations as needed.
- Ensuring that the bid complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Identifying and addressing potential risks associated with the bid.

**Ideal Bid Coordinator**:

- The ability to work to tight deadlines, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects.
- Previous experience in an office environment/administrative role - Essential
- Confident telephone communicator - Essential

**Commutable from**: Dover, Sidcup, Sevenoaks, Shepway, Ashford, Dartford,Gravesham, Maidstone, Mailing
