**Job Overview**

Our team provides front-line customer service support to Samsung expatriates, assisting with relocation needs including securing housing, arranging school placements for their children, and managing company-provided vehicles. You will act as the first point of contact for all relocation-related enquiries and play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition for expatriates moving to the UK.

**SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**:

- Approachable, with a positive attitude and strong customer relationship skills
- Ability to anticipate and identify potential issues proactively
- Well-presented with a professional demeanour
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in numeracy
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
- Availability to work between 09:00 and 17:30 (Monday to Friday), totalling 37.5 hours per week
- Previous experience in relocation or general affairs services is advantageous, though not essential
- Advanced documentation and reporting skills using Microsoft Office
- Fluent in both Korean and English (Korean language proficiency is essential)
- A full UK driving licence is required

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
