Surrey & Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is a General Medical Council (GMC) sponsor employer.We are looking to recruit a Consultant for Lyra Ward at our new Mental Health Inpatient Service, who will be responsible for providing clinical input & leadership & working alongside a multidisciplinary team in line with New Ways of Working.The team will support the Consultant Psychiatrist with participating in triaging of referrals daily, completing initial assessments, liaising & collaboratively working with other professionals.The post-holder will deliver consultant psychiatric input to inpatients admitted to the ward per the agreed Acute Service Operational Policy. In addition, the post-holder will provide clinical leadership and be actively involved in service improvement activities. The post-holder is also expected to liaise effectively with other general and specialist teams operating in Surrey to ensure effective handover of care when patients transfer between teams as part of the patient pathway.Our OfferSalary: NHS Consultant Grade £109,725 - £145,478 + £149 fringe, + on-call paymentsGMC SponsorshipRelocation allowance: up to £8000 *subject to policy requirementsSponsorship for international candidates: up to £3199Recruitment premia: £25,000 *subject to policy requirementsNHS Pension: employers contribution 23.7% from day oneSubsidised nursery placesCar Scheme: tax saving up to £6,000Discounted Nuffield Gym MembershipRecruitment & Retention (R&R) payment of £25,000 in addition to £8000 relocation allowance.
