**The role**

Reporting to the HR Manager, your role will be mainly assisting with recruitment and administrative tasks. Your effectiveness, diplomacy, having team members’ progress and satisfaction at heart will define your success in the role.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Dealing with all HR related queries and be a first point of contact
- Assisting the HR manager with daily and ad-hoc duties when required (e.g. general administrative tasks, engagement and performance
- Supporting the business with all aspects of recruitment, attraction and engagement along with posting adverts on various platforms including social media
- Participating and supporting implementation of HR projects
- Collate relevant analytics for management
- Supporting the operations of the business

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent organisational skills
- Effective communicator
- Proficient IT Knowledge with specific experience in the use of Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel software packages
- Good attention to detail
- HR Experience - preferred
