**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Identify and approach prospective clients through cold calling, networking events, and face-to-face meetings.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services effectively to meet client needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using IT systems.
- Develop customised solutions for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage a personal schedule to optimise client visits and maximise sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services and resolve any client issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in B2B sales or field sales roles is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Valid driving licence and the ability to travel frequently within assigned territories.
- Familiarity with IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office suite, and mobile devices for efficient reporting and communication.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple client appointments.
- Customer service experience that highlights the ability to build long-term relationships. This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their sales career within a supportive environment that values professionalism, organisation, and proactive engagement.

Pay: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
